Students will need to present this QR code daily to the computer's camera and recall the images selected during setup. This new authentication method enhances security and eliminates the need for students to remember usernames and passwords.
Staff members who need to communicate with students and families prior to the school year will be using other communication tools, such as the ParentLink system. During this short time prior to students getting their badges, staff will work to communicate with both students and parents so students don’t miss any communication. Please be sure to remind high school students to check their text messages for important information coming from their school, teachers and coaches.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause students and families. The new authentication method for accessing District 6 technology is essential for keeping our district and our students safe. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to implement this new system.
